All authors whose abstract is accepted will be invited to submit a full paper.
Types of Conference Papers
- Scientific conference papers, maximum length 6 pages
- Technical/practical papers, case studies, practical applications, project intros, recommended length 2–4 pages
Both types undergo review with different criteria. Purely commercial presentations are not accepted.
All accepted papers will be invited to give oral or poster presentations at the event.
Key Dates
- 1 February 2026 – Abstract submission deadline
- 1 April 2026 – Acceptance of abstracts
- 1 June 2026 – Submission of full paper
- 1 August 2026 – Notification of acceptence
- 15 September 2026 – Submission, final Camera-ready pdf version
Call for Abstracts
Abstract submission deadline is 1 February 2026. No extensions will be granted.
Abstracts should be:
- Written in English
- No more than 400 words

Proceedings
Scientific papers will be published in Journal of Sustainable Energy and indexed in xxxx and other databases including xxxxx.
Technical papers will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
